WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

At your first visit a thorough examination will be performed including a comprehensive health history and physical examination. Based on the examination findings we will explain your condition and the most likely cause. Your first visit will include treatment unless additional testing or advanced imaging is necessary.

INSURANCE

We accept many insurance plans at our office. In addition, we accept automobile accidents, worker’s compensation, and personal injury cases. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, you can contact us directly or fill out our benefits form below. Once submitted, our staff will be able to verify and explain your insurance benefits.

SELF PAY

For patients who choose to be self pay or who may have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. With rising healthcare costs and expensive insurance coverage we understand the burden of taking care of your health. We will do our best to work with you to receive the care you need.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the law, providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule any service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
